Biography
Dominik is the Managing Director of Greenfields and is based in our Frankfurt office.
As Head of Finance, Dominik is responsible for the good financial standing of the Greenfields Group. Additionally, he is personally taking up Board Member positions related to Private Equity Funds, Investment Banks, Real Estate and Multi-National Corporations.
Prior to Greenfields, Dominik was a director in the Frankfurt office of a global corporate service provider, where his focus was on Corporate Clients and International Expansion Services. He was regularly dealing with requests related to the daily business of companies, from company registrations to bookkeeping, from payments to payroll.
Before joining a corporate service provider, Dominik was working in the tax advisory sector with a strong focus on national and international tax issues and financial accounting and reporting. He started his professional career as a VAT expert in the pharmaceutical industry.
He has over 10 years of experience in all areas concerning fiscal planning, accounting and management reporting.
Dominik graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz with a degree in Business Law, specializing in tax and contract law as well as business administration.
He is a native German speaker and is fluent in English.
