Manager – M&A or Real Estate (f/m/d)

Key responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Lead teams and oversee daily operations of client companies
  • Oversee M&A or real estate transactions and post-closing integration
  • Maintain working relationships with investors and their advisers
  • Manage the preparation, review, and execution of corporate files
  • Monitor accounting, tax, banking and audit related matters
  • Ensure client companies are in good legal and financial standing 

Your profile

  • Advanced degree in Law, Business Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Tax, or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of legal and financial requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability prioritize effectively
  • Hands-on mentality with eagerness to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders in both English and German
  • Solution-oriented and capable of making decisions in a dynamic environment
