Biography
Dominik Brück is the Managing Director of Greenfields, based in our Frankfurt office. In his role as Head of Finance, he is responsible for the financial standing of the Greenfields Group. Moreover, he personally serves on the boards of various firms. Specifically, these include positions with Private Equity Funds, Investment Banks, Real Estate companies, and Multi-National Corporations.
Previously, Dominik was a director for a global corporate service provider in Frankfurt. In that position, his focus was on Corporate Clients and International Expansion Services. As a result, he regularly handled a wide range of daily business requests. For instance, these duties ranged from company registrations and bookkeeping to payments and payroll.
Before joining the corporate service sector, Dominik worked in tax advisory. Here, his role focused on national and international tax issues, as well as financial accounting and reporting. His professional career, however, began even earlier as a VAT expert in the pharmaceutical industry.
In total, he has over 10 years of experience across fiscal planning, accounting, and management reporting.
Regarding his education, Dominik graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz with a degree in Business Law. During his studies, he specialized in tax and contract law and business administration. Finally, he is a native German speaker and is also fluent in English.
