Adi Bikic

Biography
Adi Bikic is the Managing Director of Greenfields, based in our Frankfurt office. As Head of Operations, he oversees the administration of hundreds of client companies. He also manages multi-billion M&A transactions on a regular basis. As a result, he holds Board Member positions in several key sectors, including Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Real Estate.
Before founding Greenfields, Adi was Head of Corporate Services at a global service provider. In this role, he successfully doubled the client base and team size. Ultimately, this strategy led to high double-digit growth in both revenue and EBITDA.
Previously, his experience included serving as the Deputy Director of an insurance company in Vienna. While there, he directed the company’s legal entry into the Austrian market. He also completed five M&A transactions and managed four real estate deals. These initiatives led to the employment of over 100 new employees.
Furthermore, Adi Bikic worked as an Adviser to the Deputy Minister of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina. His primary focus was on reforming the justice sector and settling international investment disputes.
Adi earned his law degree from the University of Vienna and also completed an exchange semester at the University of Rotterdam. During his studies, he founded two major legal events. These were the international ELSA Summer Law School and the national M&A Contract Competition (MACC). In addition, he successfully represented the University of Vienna at international legal competitions.
He is a native Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian speaker and is also fluent in English and German.
